Return & Refund Policy

At Vitalya, we take pride in creating premium botanical hair wellness products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

 The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
 The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
 The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

 Opened products
 Used products
 Products damaged through misuse
 Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
